Before you book.
The questions people ask most. Anything else, call 416 606 1053.
What happens at an assessment?
We visit for about 90 minutes (or review photos and video), map the space into sections, list the top friction points, and send a written plan with priorities within five business days.
Should I tidy before you come?
No. We need to see the space as it is really used. That is what the plan is built from.
Is the assessment fee credited?
Yes. Every assessment and design consult fee is credited in full to the project that follows if it is booked within 60 days.
How long does a project take?
An Essential Office is one to two days on site. A Work + Life Suite is three to five days. Workplace and shop projects run one to four weeks and are scheduled around your hours.
Do you buy new storage and products?
Only what the plan needs. Products are sourced at cost with no markup, and we use what you already own wherever it works.
What happens to the things I don't keep?
We sort them for donation, recycling or disposal. One carload of drop-off is included; larger removals are quoted.
Do you handle trades?
Yes. CUBIT coordinates licensed electricians, carpenters, painters and installers, and every trade cost is quoted before work starts.
Do you work outside Toronto?
We serve the City of Toronto. Travel beyond it is quoted, and the Virtual Office Reset ($195) works anywhere.
How does payment work?
Projects under $2,000 are paid at booking. Larger projects are 50% to book and the balance on completion. Rescheduling with 48 hours' notice is free.
Will photos of my home be shared?
Never without your written permission, and faces and addresses are never shown.
