Clear terms.
Last updated October 4, 2026. Your written quote sets out the scope and price of your project; these terms apply to every booking.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST. "From" prices are starting points; your quote is fixed before work begins.
Payment
Projects under $2,000 are paid in full at booking. Projects of $2,000 or more are 50% to book and the balance on completion. Custom CUBE creations are 50% on approval of the Design Package and 50% on installation.
Credits
Assessment, audit and design consult fees are credited in full to the project that follows if it is booked within 60 days.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
Products
Products are sourced at cost with no markup and billed separately from our fees.
Trades
Where a project needs electricians, carpenters, painters or installers, CUBIT coordinates licensed tradespeople and quotes their work before it starts.
Service area
We serve the City of Toronto. Travel outside the city is quoted.
