What we collect
When you contact or hire us, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, the details of your enquiry, and photographs or measurements of your space. When you visit the site, our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, assess and quote your project, schedule and deliver the work, keep your section register, bill you, and meet our legal obligations. We collect only what we need for those purposes.
Photographs of your space
Photos are used to plan and deliver your project. We never publish them, in our portfolio or anywhere else, without your written permission, and we never show faces or addresses.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only what is needed with the tradespeople and makers working on your project, and with the providers who host our website and email, each of whom must protect it.
Keeping it safe
We keep records only as long as needed for your project, care visits and our legal and tax obligations, and we protect them with reasonable safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email info@cubitspaces.com and we will reply within 30 days. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
